1. Cancel automatic renewal online
You can stop future renewal through Speak Bisaya Billing and the secure Stripe billing portal. You do not need to telephone us or go through a retention call. If you cancel during an eligible free trial before the trial ends, no paid renewal should be taken. If you cancel a paid subscription, access normally continues to the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or a refund requires earlier termination.
Open Billing after signing in. If you cannot access your account, use the Support page after signing in or the published business contact details below.
2. UK and EU/EEA cooling-off or withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, European Union or EEA, distance-contract law may give you a statutory period, commonly 14 days from conclusion of the service contract, in which to cancel or withdraw. The precise right, any amount payable for service already supplied at your request, and any exception for digital content or fully performed services depend on the law that applies to your purchase.
When you start Premium, you request access to begin immediately, including during any statutory cooling-off period that applies. This request does not remove a right that the law does not allow you to waive. If applicable law requires an express acknowledgement before a statutory right can be lost for particular digital content or a fully performed service, that acknowledgement must be obtained separately.
3. United States and other automatic-renewal rights
US federal and state laws may require clear renewal disclosures, affirmative consent and a simple way to stop recurring charges. Speak Bisaya provides the subscription price, billing interval, trial-to-paid conversion and renewal terms before checkout and provides online cancellation. State-specific rights remain available where applicable.
4. Philippines consumer rights
Philippine consumers retain rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer and internet-transaction law, including rights relating to accurate disclosures, redress, defective or improperly supplied services and unlawful or unauthorised charges. Nothing on this page restricts a mandatory right or remedy.
5. Model withdrawal/cancellation notice
You do not have to use special wording. If you want to give formal notice, you can send the following information through Support or to the published contact details:
Account email: [your account email]
Order or contract date: [date]
Name: [your name]
Date of notice: [date]
We may need to verify the account before changing billing or disclosing account information.
6. Refunds and disputed charges
Refund entitlement depends on the reason for the request and the law that applies. Incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised charges should be reported promptly. Cancelling renewal is not the same as requesting a refund for a charge already made. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
